Assembly: Place the adjustment nut with the flat side facing down (toward the grinding mechanism).

Do not tighten too much (risk of breakage): If the nut is tightened too much, the ceramic grinding rings will collide with each other and may break when the crank is turned.

Do not leave it too loose (risk of damage to the device): If the nut is too loose, the outer part of the grinding mechanism may come loose during grinding and cause irreparable damage to the mill’s locking mechanism.

Safe operation: When adjusting the grind setting, press lightly on the grinding rings and turn carefully to prevent the nut from coming loose accidentally.

Child Safety: Small parts may be swallowed. Keep out of reach of small children.

Risk of breakage and injury: Ceramic component. Protect from impacts. If cracked or broken, replace immediately to prevent sharp ceramic shards from getting into the coffee.

Important assembly note: The ring must be aligned precisely with the inner protrusions of the grinder using its 3 notches. If the ring protrudes, it is installed incorrectly – using the grinder in this condition will damage it.

Use: Never grind with the grinder empty (without beans) to prevent the ceramic rings from rubbing against each other and breaking.

Care: Hand wash only; do not put in the dishwasher.
